Natural colours crafted by fermentation
We delivered the full technical pathway to commercialization for their Natu. Red® colourant. This included supporting scale-up from lab to pilot to industrial capacity, extensive DSP co-development (downstream processing), and crucial application and stability testing to guarantee the ingredient performs reliably in all food matrices.
